Located in Indianapolis, IN CONSULTATIONS: All installs require a consultation. Consultation fees will go toward your establishment. All transfer clients require a consultation as well. Please be advised if you have damaged or relaxed hair your journey will be extremely different. We can discuss more at consultation. Come to your consultation with your hair washed, dried and product free please!!! Hair needs to be at least 4 inches to start Sisterlocs and/or Microlocs. PAYMENTS: I require a $100 deposit for all establishments to secure your appointment. !!!Deposits are non-refundable!!! Your deposit will be included in your install amount. 100% of your install price must be paid the day of your install before we begin. PAYMENT METHODS: Zelle, Cash, Apple Pay I will accept CASH APP for consultations and reties ONLY!!! RULES/POLICY: No extra people including children are allowed at your appointments. LATE FEE: There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled if I have not received notice. If you are running late, please give notice in a decent amount of time. Once you are 30 mins late, your appointment will be canceled. No shows- 1. 25% of you service price will be charged . 2. You will be dismissed as a client. CANCELLATION: You will be charged at 50% for cancellations not canceled 24 hours in advance. If there is no card on file, I will be reaching out for a source of payment. If it's not paid, unfortunately it will need to be paid before another appointment is made for service. (FOR EXAMPLE: 50% of a basic $150 retie is $75. This would need to be paid if not canceling service at least 24 hours in advance) PRICING: Consultations: $50 Microloc Installs: BASE price is $850 starting at 4inches. SL installs: BASE price is $950 starting at 4 inches. There is an additional fee for density & additional inches on both types of installs. We will discuss at your consultation, and I will text you an install price within 24hours. RETIES: Your FIRST retie is included in your Sisterlock install amount. !!!!!! Your first retie is NOT included in your Microlocs install amount . !!!!!! 4-6 week reties are $150. 7-9 weeks reties are $180. 10 week reties are $200 and up. This is the last week I will retie. This needs to be pre-approved prior to scheduling due to time purposes and ensuring you don't need a repair at this point. REPAIRS: I do repairs for micro and Sisterlocks, as long as they are scheduled in advance. Repairs are subject but not limited to cleaning the grid, trimming needed for any reason, & closing holes.
